• Saint Joseph's looks to open the season with a 2-0 record for the second consecutive year as the Hawks host Central Connecticut on Friday, November 8 at 7 p.m. in an ESPN+ streamed broadcast.
• The Hawks are coming off a 70-63 victory over Navy in Monday's season opener.
• With Monday's victory, St. Joe's improved to 86-28 all-time in season-opening contests and 4-2 under head coach Billy Lange.
• Erik Reynolds II and Xzayvier Brown combined for 51 points in Monday's win over Navy.
• Reynolds II went 9-17 from the field, 6-13 from three-point range and 5-6 from the foul line, and added five rebounds, two assists, a block and a steal.
• Brown finished 5-11 from the floor and 11-12 from the foul line, while handing out three assists to go with five boards.
• Saint Joseph's finished with 11 blocks against the Midshipmen, its most most in a single game under head coach Billy Lange.
• Friday's contest against Central Connecticut is only the second ever meeting, with the Hawks winning the inaugural matchup, 83-66, on December 22, 2022 at Hagan Arena.
