DAVIDSON, N.C. – Saint Joseph's women's soccer team fell at Davidson, 2-0, on Sunday afternoon.
How It Happened
• Davidson took a 1-0 advantage early in the contest as Maddie Moody scored from inside the box at 3:58.
• Saint Joseph's would press the Wildcats as the first half moved on, but Davidson turned away each scoring opportunity by the Hawks.
• Sophia Whiddon added an insurance goal for Davidson at 65:41 on a long shot past the Hawks' goalkeeper

• The Hawks continued to push to get on the scoreboard, but their final chances couldn't find the back of the net.
