WASHINGTON, D.C. – Saint Joseph's men's soccer standouts Matteo Mazzotta and Tommaso Rossetto were both named to the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team, the league announced Tuesday. Additionally, Rossetto was selected to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team.

A senior midfielder, Mazzotta led the Hawks offensively during the 2025 campaign, tallying six goals and two assists for a team-best 14 points.  His six goals tied for sixth most in the conference, while the Rome, Italy, native started all 17 matches, playing the full 90 minutes in 13. Mazzotta recorded his first brace with both goals in the Hawks' 2-0 win over Duquesne. He also scored in the 88th minute against George Mason to secure a draw and provided the game-winning assist in a 1-0 victory over George Washington.

Rossetto was a mainstay in the Hawk lineup, starting in all 18 matches on the season. The Turin, Italy, native finished tied for second on the team in goals (3), tied for first in assists (3), and ranked second in points (9). He netted the game-winning goal in the season opener at Merrimack to give head coach Tim Mulqueen his first career collegiate win, added a score in a 2-2 draw with La Salle, and tallied both a goal and an assist in a 2-1 victory over Rhode Island. Rossetto's All-Academic Team selection is the first of his career. He enters the fall with a 3.95 GPA while pursuing a master's degree in business intelligence and analytics.

Both players earned their first All-Conference honors after receiving Philadelphia Soccer Six All-Rookie Team recognition a season ago. The Hawks finished 6-7-5 overall and 3-2-3 in Atlantic 10 play, earning their first postseason berth since 2021 in Mulqueen's debut season.
