COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Saint Joseph's field hockey team is tied for 19^th in the latest Penn Monto / National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I Coaches Poll, the organization announced on Tuesday.
 
The Hawks went 2-1 last week, rallying past Delaware in the rain for a 2-1 win before routing Lehigh, 6-1, and falling 2-1 at Villanova.  Ava Smith scored a goal in each game and was named the Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week.
 
Previous Hawk opponents Maryland and Louisville are ranked this week, with the Terrapins coming in at #11 and the Cardinals at #18.
 
The Hawks have one more game on the slate against a team ranked in this week's poll, as Saint Joseph's visits sixth-ranked Liberty next month.
 
Saint Joseph's returns to action on Friday evening at Lock Haven.
