PHILADELPHIA (September 24, 2026) - Philadelphia's most iconic college basketball event is back on December 5 at Xfinity Mobile Arena and fans can now secure their seats for the Toyota Men's Big 5 Classic. Presented by the Tri-State Toyota Dealers Association, the Toyota Big 5 Classic features matchups between Temple, Villanova, La Salle, Saint Joseph's, Penn, and Drexel. Tickets are on sale starting today, giving alumni, students, and Philly hoops fans the chance to be part of a can't miss tradition. Tickets can be purchased at

New this year is a special ticket package built for all-day family fun: the Family Four Pack, which includes four tickets, a concessions voucher for $100, and a parking voucher.
For the fourth-consecutive year, all six of the city's NCAA Division I men's basketball programs have been split into two pods of three teams. For the 2026-27 season, Pod 1 will feature Drexel, Penn and Saint Joseph's while Pod 2 will feature La Salle, Temple and Villanova.
Each team will play the others in their pod at on-campus sites in a round-robin format. The schedule for those games is below.

- Sunday, Nov. 15 – Temple at La Salle
- Tuesday, Dec. 1 - Villanova at Temple
The results of the pod games will determine the schedule for a tripleheader at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Saturday, December 5 with the first seed in each pod competing for the Toyota Men's Big 5 championship.
