PHILADELPHIA (2/02/03) - Saing Joseph's University junior center Irina Krasnoshiok has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference's co-Player of the Week for the Week ending on February 1. Krasnoshiok, who joins teammate Erin Brady as the second SJU player to be recognized this season, shared the weekly award with Richmond senior Ebony Tanner. Krasnoshiok averaged 25.0 points and 5.5 rebounds last week to help SJU to victories over Xavier and Temple. Against Temple, she scored 18 of her 21 points in the first half anbd also corralled six rebounds. Later in the week she scored 21 of her game-high 29 in the first half versus Xavier. She shot 65.6% (21-32) from the fireld and played all 40 minutes in both games.
