PHILADELPHIA (1/12/03) - Saint Joseph's University junior guard Erin Brady has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Week for the week concluding on Saturday, January 11. She is the first Hawk player to be recognized by the A-10 this season. Brady opened the week with a then season-high 20 points on 8-12 shooting and added seven assists and four rebounds in SJU's 73-68 win over Temple on January 5. She then matched a career-high with 26 points in the Hawks 68-61 win over Massachusetts on Wednesday. She shot 8-13 from the floor, including 3-4 from behind the arc and 7-8 at the stripe. Brady averages 10.3 points, and leads the team with 5.2 assist per game.
