MCNEILL, PAGLIARO GARNER MAAC WEELKY HONORS

Senior Randy McNeill and freshman Mike Pagliaro were recognized as the MAAC's Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week, respectively, for the week ending April 22. McNeill wins the award for his great play in leading the Hawks to a 2-1 week. He collected a game-high eight points on six goals and two assists in a 16-5 win over Siena and he scored two goals and four assists in a 12-10 win over Canisius. He also notched three assists in the 25-6 loss to #19 Pennsylvania. In the win over Siena, McNeill scored his 115th goal to break the all-time goals record at SJU. The previous record was 114, set in 1997 by Chris McIsaac. McNeill leads the MAAC with 42 goals and is second with 59 points. Pagliaro earns the weekly honor for his play in the wins over Siena and Canisius. He scored two goals and chipped in two assists in the win over Siena and capped off his week with a game-high four goals in the win over Canisius. He also netted two goals in the loss at Penn. Pagliaro is third on the team in scoring with 25 points (17g, 8a).
