SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Saint Joseph's women's basketball team returns to the court following an 11-day break for exams as the Hawks travel to #23 Syracuse Saturday. Game time is set for 1 p.m. with live coverage provided by the Saint Joseph's Sports Network.

GAME STORIES . . .
• Saint Josephʼs is coming off a 73-60 win over Hofstra on December 10. The game
marked the first time this year that 12 of the Hawks played in a game.
• The Hawks have won eight straight entering Saturdayʼs game and received one vote
in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll for the second straight week.
• Saint Josephʼs 9-1 mark is tied for the second-best start in team history through 10
games. The 1984-85 Hawks opened the season 10-0, while the 1974-75 and 1976-77
SJU teams began their years 9-1.
• Saturdayʼs meeting with Syracuse is the fourth matchup between the Orange and the
Hawks.
