Men's Lacrosse Suffers 11-6 CAA Defeat Against Delaware

Sarcona and Hall Post Two-Point Efforts; Bruun Records First Career Goal

2013: Saw action in 15 games with one start... Ranked third on team in ground balls (28) and fourth in caused turnovers (8)... Went 4-of-16 (.250) from the faceoff... Landed two shots on goal in six attempts for a .333 SOG%... Went 4-of-10 (.400) from the faceoff in CAA action against Delaware (4/13)... Picked up two ground balls in CAA win over Massachusetts (3/30)... Picked up one ground ball and caused one turnover in start against Marquette (3/16)... Picked up season-high five ground balls and caused season-high three turnovers against Mercer (3/6)... Averaged 4.7 ground balls per game through trio of games against Brown (3/9), Mercer (3/6), and Wagner (3/2)... Recipient of SJU's Dorie Leahy award... Served as one of team's four captains.

2012: Saw action in all 15 games... Scored one goal against Brown and one against Mercer... Picked up 21 ground balls and caused six turnovers.

2011: Played in 11 games with three starts... Picked up six ground balls.

High School/Personal: Transferred from Army for the 2010-11 season with four remaining years of eligibility... Named to All-Catholic Second Team in 2008 after leading St. Joseph's Prep to a Top 5 finish in Pennsylvania rankings... Earned team's Most Improved Award in 2008 after leading team to 22-5 finish... Helped team to two Philadelphia League Championships and State Playoffs in 2007... Two-year varsity letterwinner... Also lettered in ice hockey (four years)... Father, Edward, played 12 years in the NHL for various teams... Mother, Dana, was a two-sport athlete at Denision Univerisity, playing field hockey and lacrosse... Sister, Asthon, played field hockey for Georgetown University... Sister, Sarah, plays field hockey at Boston College... Majoring in finance.
