SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - The Saint Joseph's women's tennis team continued its impressive play during its Spring Break trip, topping nationally ranked Division II Augustana, 7-0.

The Hawks (3-4) jumped out to an early lead on the 41st ranked Vikings, taking all three doubles matches. Junior Aurora Davis and freshman Alex Zachem were 8-0 winners at the top flight, while junior Lauren Roy and sophomore Kristina Eisenbrand were 8-4 winners at the second flight. Senior Devia Jadeja and sophomore Anne Marie Devlin closed out the doubles matches with an 8-1 win at the third flight.

In singles play, Saint Joseph's showcased its talent from top to bottom of its lineup as the Hawks didn't drop a set overall. Davis was a 6-3, 6-2 winner at the top flight, with Eisenbrand collecting a 6-3, 6-1 decision at the second. Jadeja picked up a 6-1, 6-1 win at the third flight, and junior Kelly Mulquin eased to a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 4 singles.  Freshman Claire Minnoe posted a 6-1, 6-0 win at the fifth flight, while sophomore Arianne Polatnick closed out the match at No. 6 singles with a 6-3, 6-3 win.
