PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Soccer Six is partnering with the Starfinder Foundation to host a full day of soccer featuring a youth soccer clinic and college friendlies in a combined event at Penn Park on Sunday, April 6.
The second annual "Super Soccer Sunday" will feature the city's six Division I men's soccer programs.
The PS6 has partnered with the Starfinder Foundation on this exciting day of soccer, joining the Philadelphia-based not-for-profit group which “promotes youth leadership, a love of learning, the benefits of teamwork, and the rewards of commitment and responsibility” by “merging soccer, educational, and personal development programs to inspire young people from underserved communities to achieve success both on and off the field."
All children in grades 1-8 can attend a clinic presented by the Starfinder Foundation along with coaches and players from Drexel, La Salle, Penn, Saint Joseph's, Temple and Villanova starting at 1:30 p.m. on April 6 at Penn Park. Cost for the clinic is a $10.00 donation to the Starfinder Foundation and no pre-registration is required.
Following the clinic, three rounds of preliminary scrimmage matches between the Soccer Six programs will take place followed by consolation games and a championship game.

Round Two (3:30 PM) – Villanova vs. Penn/Saint Joseph's vs. Temple
Round Three (4:30 PM) – La Salle vs. Villanova/Drexel vs. Saint Joseph's
