Philadelphia, Pa. – The University of the Sciences golf team competed in the CACC Championships this week, taking 10th place. The Devils finished with a two-day score of 717 at the Back Creek Country Club, shooting 357 through the first day, and 360 on the second. Senior Eric Jones was the Devils top finisher with a two-round score of 169, finishing in a tie for 35th place.
- Jones finished with two birdies through the tournament, tallying an 82 in the first round an 87 in the final leg.
- Adam Meriesky contributed three birdies of his own, shooting a 100 through the first day, dropping his score to a 97 in the final round.
- Austin Staiano finished in the second spot tied for 42nd, shooting an 87 on both days.
- Wes Kerr closed out his collegiate career, with an 88 on day one and an 89 on day two.
- Marc Storb rounded out the Devils pack with a respectable 103 and 120 through the two days.
