HAWKS ADD BISHOP AND JANSSON
Saint Joseph's head coach Billy Lange announced that Dahmir Bishop and Anton Jansson have enrolled at Hawk Hill for the spring 2020 semester. A standout at Imhotep Charter, Bishop returns to Philadelphia after transferring to Saint Joseph's from Xavier. While with the Musketeers, the 6-foot-5 guard averaged 1.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 12.0 minutes per game over 10 contests. A two-time Pennsylvania Sports Writers Class AAAA First Team All-State selection, he helped lead the Panthers to three-straight PIAA Class 4A State titles and Philadelphia Public League championships alongside Chereef Knox. A four star recruit, Bishop averaged 12.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as a senior captain at Imhotep Charter. A 6-foot-11 center, Jansson competed for Sweden at the U20 U20 European Championship last summer. Helping his national team to a ninth-place finish, he averaged 3.5 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. Recently joining Golden State Prep in Napa, California, Jansson competed for KFUM Fryshuset Basket in 2017-18 and averaged 5.5 points per game.

DALY'S THREE GARNERS NATIONAL ATTENTION
A miraculous three-pointer by Ryan Daly forced overtime at Davidson on Saturday. And while the Hawks eventually fell to the Wildcats, Daly's shot was the defining moment as it garnered national attention from the Philadelphia Inquirer, Yahoo Sports, The Athletic, ESPN, CBS Sports, and was named the Top Play on SportsCenter.
