PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse team will host Towson at Sweeney Field on Saturday afternoon.  Game time is set for 1:00 p.m.

Fans attending the game can now purchase concessions at the official SJU concessions tent behind the Sweeney Field press box during the game.

LAST TIME OUT
• Saint Joseph's (0-2) fell to #15 Navy, 19-12, in its home opener on Wednesday.  Sam McGee tallied three goals for the Hawks, while Bridget Cerciello, Penny Green, Stephanie Kelly, and Kaela Smith added two apiece.  Smith's goals were the first two of her collegiate career.

• Towson (0-1) dropped its season opener to Penn State, 12-9, at home on Saturday.  Shelby Stack led the way with three goals on the day for the Tigers.

SCOUTING THE HAWKS
• McGee's five goals through two games lead the way for SJU, and tie her for the most in the Atlantic 10, while Cerciello and Kelly sit in second and third on the squad with four and three, respectively.

• Taylor Newman-Farr dished out a pair of assists on Wednesday and leads the Hawks in that category.

• Mikala Davis got the start between the pipes in both games and has made 13 saves.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
• Stack added an assist to her three goals for a team-leading total of four points.

• Blair Pearre and Kerri Thornton notched two assists apiece to top the Tigers in that category.

• Carly Merlo stopped six shots in net for the Tigers on Saturday.

UP NEXT
• Saint Joseph's will visit Temple on Wednesday for the first of three consecutive road games.

• Towson will remain on the road and head to Loyola Maryland, also on Wednesday.
