THE TIP-OFF
• Saint Joseph's begins a three-game road trip this Tuesday at Davidson. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.
• Tuesday is the first of two meetings this season between the Hawk and Wildcats, with this year marking the third consecutive season they have played each other in a home and home.
• Saint Joseph's is coming off a 67-64 victory over the University of Albany this past Saturday.
• The Hawks closed out Saturday's game on a 15-5 run to pick up the win.
• Saturday marked the third time this year Saint Joseph's had four Hawks finish in double-figures for scoring, led by Taylor Funk's team-high 14 
• Rookie Jordan Hall handed out a game-high nine assists, scored 13 points and had four rebounds against UAlbany.
• The Hawks shot a season-best 51.9 percent from the floor, going 28-54 overall
• Funk was named Big 5 Player of the Week after averaging 13.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game in two games for the Hawks.
• Hall was selected Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week as he posted 11 points, 7.0 assists and 7.0 rebounds per game against the Bonnies and Great Danes. 
• Hall enters Tuesday averaging 7.3 assists per game over the past four contests.
• Cameron Brown is averaging 12.7 points per game over the last three games.

Tuesday marks the 22nd meeting between Saint Joseph's and Davidson with the Wildcats holding an 11-10 edge. Below are series highlights and notes.
• The Hawks are 3-8 all-time at Davidson.
• The two teams have split the home and home series the past two years.
• The Hawks fell in overtime, 89-83, at Davidson last year despite an acrobatic three-pointer by Ryan Daly at the buzzer to force overtime. The shot later went on to be the top play in all the land on ESPN.
• A last-second three-pointer by Cameron Brown lifted SJU to a 73-72 victory in the previous meeting on Hawk Hill last February.
