Eighth seeded Saint Joseph's takes on fourth seed Massachusetts this Friday in semifinals of the 2021 Atlantic 10 Championship. Game time is set for 1 p.m. at Baujan Field on the campus of the University of Dayton. The winner of Friday's opening semifinal match will advance to face either second seed Dayton or third seed Saint Louis in the finals of the A-10 Championship on Sunday at noon.

• The Hawks are coming off a thrilling 1-0 victory over top seed VCU last Saturday in the quarterfinals of the A-10 Championship.

Ashley Orendac (five goals, 10 points), was named to the A-10 All-Conference Second Team.

Danielle Stuart was selected to the A-10 All-Rookie Team.

Kayla Flanders joined Behr on the All-Academic Team.

Katie Cappelletti was named a Top Drawer Soccer Weekly Team Honorable Mention after her seven-save shutout performance at VCU last weekend.
• Cappelletti's seven saves versus VCU pushed her season total to 110, passing Christine Neal (107 saves in 2012) for fifth place in SJU single-season history.
• Cappelletti is also tied with Neal (2012) and Allison Ebling (2015) for fourth most shutouts in a single season with six each.
About Massachusetts
• Massachusetts is coming off a 5-1 victory over fifth seed St. Bonaventure last Sunday in a quarterfinal match on its home pitch of Rudd Field.
• Ahead 2-1 at halftime, the Minutewomen exploded for three second-half goals against the Bonnies for a season-best five goals.
• In goal, Bella Mendoza and Megan Olszewski have split time, with the pair combining for a 0.98 goals against average.
• The Minutewomen capped conference play with a 5-3-2 record and are currently 10-5-4 overall on the year.
