PHILADELPHIA – Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse continues its road stretch on Saturday with a game down I-95 at Delaware. Opening draw is slated for noon with the game streaming on FloSports. The game was originally scheduled for 1 p.m., but due to impending thunderstorms was moved up an hour.
 
ABOUT SAINT JOSEPH'S:
  • The Hawks are 3-4 having dropped their last two games.
  • In the most recent loss at Penn State, Riley Evans posted a career day as she tied her career-mark of four games and set a new personal best with six draw controls.
  • Five Hawks have recorded double-digit point totals thus far this season, led by Lauren Figura with 21.
  • Figura has 19 scores and two assists in seven starts this season for the Crimson & Gray. She's joined by Lisa Ross as the only other player with 20+ points. Ross posts an even 10 goals and 10 assists.
  • Jorden Concordia has started every game in net for SJU. She's made 73 saves and holds a .412 save percentage.
ABOUT DELAWARE:
  • The Blue Hens enter Saturday's game with a 2-5 record after an upset win over #18 11-10 last Friday.
  • Four Blue Hens have tallied at least 11 points this season, led by Delaney McDaniel with 16 and Riley Gillin with 15.
  • A pair of goalies have appeared in six games each for Delaware. Both Sophia Foohey and Mercy McCarthy have played one complete game and then split the other five games.
