Box Score 2 PHILADELPHIA – Eddie Parry's three-run homer in the first inning would turn out to be USciences would need, as Ben Bradt's second consecutive complete-game win lifted baseball to a 4-2 game two triumph at regionally-ranked Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) leader and Wilmington on Sunday.
The Wildcats had taken game one, 6-2, despite a late rally by the Devils.
Game Two
Parry's home run, his fourth of the season, came after Joe Duffy and Nick Cerelli led off with back-to-back singles.
Evan Sinclair then followed the homer with a hit-by-pitch, before coming around to score on Hunter Parish's two-out triple for USciences' fourth and final run.
Bradt made sure that was more than enough run support as he worked around seven hits and four walks to improve to 4-3 on the year. The four wins are now tied for fifth in the program's Division II single-season history.
The sophomore stranded runners on base in each of his first six innings, including the potential tying run at first in the sixth.
Wilmington (15-6, 8-2 CACC) also led off the bottom of the seventh with a single to bring the tying run to the plate, only to have Bradt induce a double-play.
Parry now has 10 career home runs, moving into a tie for fifth in program history. His 29 RBI this season are also tied for fifth in the program's reocrded single-season annals (since 2005).
Duffy was the only Devil to reach base twice in the nightcap, as he also drew a base on balls.
Game One
By the time University of the Sciences' bats got going trailing 0-6 in the ninth, it was too little too late.

Pollock and Estrada both reached base twice as they drew walks earlier in the game.
Starter Justin Derk followed his first complete game victory with the second longest outing of his career, allowing four earned over his seven frames to keep USciences in it.
The only other inning in which the Devils had two runners reach was in the third though, when Duffy doubled and Cerelli was hit by a pitch.
