NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Scoring both of Saint Joseph's goals in a 2-1 victory at Fordham, freshman forward Emily Hanrahan has been named Atlantic 10 Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday.

In the Hawks' lone match of the week, Hanrahan made the most of her opportunities as she scored twice in the second half to lead St. Joe's to a 2-1 comeback victory over the Rams. With the two goals, Hanrahan took over the team lead in goals with three on the season.

Hanrahan and the Hawks are back in action on Thursday at UMass at 3 p.m.
