MERION STATION, Pa. – The Saint Joseph's men's tennis team fell to St. Bonaventure on Sunday, with the Bonnies taking a 4-1 win at the SJU Tennis Complex.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Othman Bezzaz and
Ernesto Ruy rolled to a 6-0 win in the first doubles flight, but the visitors took the second and third flights to get the first point of the day.
• Ruy battled back for a 6-7 (4), 6-4, 6-2 win in the second flight, but the Bonnies secured the overall match triumph with victories in the first, third, and sixth flights. Both the first- and third-flight matches reached a third set.

The Hawks return to action on Tuesday afternoon when they host Delaware at 2:00 p.m.
