BOSTON, Mass. – Saint Joseph's men's track and field team turned in an impressive two-day performance at the I4CA Indoor Championships, highlighted by event wins, personal bests, and strong top finishes. All told, the Hawks placed second out of 20 schools at the meet.
TRACK RESULTS (SATURDAY)
• The Hawks kicked off the meet in the sprints as
Logan Henry ran 7.04 in the 60-meter dash, placing 11th overall.
• In the 200-meter dash prelims, Ben Henry led the way with a fifth-place time of 21.49, while
Luke Noss followed in 19th at 21.97.
• Saint Joseph's continued its success in the 400 meters as Ben Henry finished second in 47.67, with
Logan Maloney placing 20th in 49.56.
• In the 800 meters,
Alex Wockenfuss earned fifth place in 1:52.29, followed closely by
Will Rau in ninth at 1:53.33.
Regent Walden posted a personal-best 1:53.53 to finish 11th, while
Elijah Smith and
Chris Manzo added times of 1:56.29 and 1:58.31.
• The Hawks also delivered strong performances in the 3000 meters, led by
Ryan Cichocki, who ran a personal-best 8:19.84 to place fifth.
Brendan Hefferan also set a personal best with an 8:23.17 finish in eighth.
Noah Deckert ran 8:27.24 to place 14th,
Gavin Mogck finished 19th in 8:33.17,
Josh Forrest crossed 24th in 8:38.20, and
Anthony Gargani completed the scoring with a 28th-place finish in 8:47.21.
•In the 5000 meters,
Ian Romea finished 15th with a time of 15:06.76.
TRACK RESULTS (SUNDAY)
• Ben Henry returned for the 200-meter dash finals, finishing fifth in 21.45. The Hawks turned in another strong showing in the 500 meters, highlighted by
Cristian Cruz's personal-best third-place finish in 1:03.86.
Darren Cammauf crossed the line fourth in 1:03.89, followed closely by
Luke Noss in fifth with a personal-best 1:04.07.

Will Rau added a runner-up finish in the 1000 meters, clocking 2:25.39, while
Tom Barausky and
Anton Bovone placed sixth and eighth.
Jackson Kane and
Immanuel Rota-Talarico also posted solid finishes, rounding out the scoring.
• The highlight of the meet came in the 1 Mile Run as
Michael Glavin captured first place in a personal-best 4:07.17, moving into seventh on Saint Joseph's all-time list.
Ryan Cichocki finished 10th in 4:14.91,
Brendan Hefferan placed 11th in 4:15.37,
Matt Hoffman crossed 13th in 4:16.89, and
Noah Deckert completed the event in 32nd with a time of 4:28.14.
• Saint Joseph's relay teams capped off the meet with impressive performances. The 4x400-meter relay squad of
Darren Cammauf,
Luke Noss,
Alex Garcia, and Ben Henry won the event in 3:12.10, while the distance medley relay team of
Michael Glavin,
Immanuel Rota-Talarico,
Cristian Cruz, and
Josh Forrest placed eighth in 10:13.97.
