PHILADELPHIA – Relay teams and individual standouts represented the Saint Joseph's track and field program at the 130th Penn Relays, highlighted by near-record performances and multiple podium finishes across a competitive weekend at Franklin Field.

MEN'S RESULTS

• St. Joe's opened competition on Thursday with Luke Noss in the 400m hurdles championship, where he clocked in at 52.66.
• The Hawks saw early success on Friday in the 4x100m relay, as Logan Henry, Benjamin Henry, Logan Maloney, and Jerael Moore posted a time of 41.06 to finish fourth in their heat and qualify for Saturday's final.
• In the 4x200m Championship of America, the quartet of Paride Iacono, Henry Peklo, Eli Turner, and James Mackey Jr. placed 18th overall with a time of 1:28.71. The Hawks continued their efforts in the 4x400m relay, where Maloney, Benjamin Henry, Alex Wockenfuss, and Noss combined for a 3:10.96 finish.
• The sprint medley relay team of Iacono, Brody Wyatt, Layton Holt, and Elijah Smith turned in a time of 3:27.98 to place 15th overall.
• Highlighting the weekend for the men was a strong showing in the distance medley relay, where Will Rau, Alex Garcia, Matt Hoffman, and Michael Glavin earned a fourth-place finish with a time of 9:44.35.
• Returning to the track on Saturday, the 4x100m relay team improved on its preliminary time, finishing second overall in 40.93, just 0.14 seconds shy of a program record. The 4x800m relay squad of Chris Manzo, Regent Walden, Cristian Cruz, and Alex Wockenfuss added another podium finish, placing third with a time of 7:31.81.

WOMEN'S RESULTS

• On the women's side, St. Joe's opened Friday with a strong effort in the 4x100m relay, as Olivia Binns, Mariam Koita, Sammy Walz, and Tamasen Allen Bey combined for a time of 46.23, finishing just 0.21 seconds off the school record.
• The 4x400m relay team of Walz, Kendall Cooper, Koita, and Olivia Beddow placed 14th overall with a time of 3:49.85. In the sprint medley relay, Cecilia Abruzzo, Maya Adams, Alessandra Schuster, and Carolyn Smith finished 15th with a time of 4:05.92.
• The Hawks also competed in the distance medley relay, where Chloe Care, Taylor Rosen, Ali Fink, and Grace Rudder recorded a time of 11:52.98.
• On Saturday, the 4x800m relay team of Tess Crossan, Samantha Korck, Quinn O'Brien, and Karin Dobiasch closed out the weekend with a time of 8:41.89 in the Championship of America race.

The Hawks will now prepare for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships, set to begin Saturday, May 2, in Fairfax, Virginia.
