This week on the Roundup, we hear from a women's tennis champion, a pair of soccer standouts, and one the field hockey team's leading scorers.
2011: Started all 17 games as a freshman...Scored her first career goal in the first game at Ellen Ryan Field on September 24...Added a pair of goals, including the game-winner, in a 7-1 drubbing of Siena on October 2...Selected as the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on October 3...Named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad.
High School: Twice named to the All-Trenton Times Second Team and in 2010 locked down First Team All-Trentonian honors...Led team to Mercer County championship as a senior...Twice named to the All-CJFHA team and earned First Team All-Area accolades as a senior as well...Was the captain and MVP of both the field hockey and lacrosse teams, scoring over 100 goals on the lacrosse field.
Personal: Born March 26, 1993...Majoring in elementary education.
