Seniors Meghan Githens and Abby Hoover discuss the SJU field hockey team's win over Villanova on October 3.

2011: Made 13 starts and played in all 17 games...Scored her first career goal in a 1-0 win over Lehigh on September 18...Also tallied in the win over Saint Louis on October 30...Named the squad's Scholar-Athlete Award winner and its Most Improved Player...Received Atlantic 10 All-Academic honors and was tabbled for the NFHCA National Academic Squad for the third straight year.

2010: Appeared in seven games as a substitute...Earned the team's Academic Award...Named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad.

2009: Came off the bench in two games... Named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad.
