The Saint Joseph's men's soccer team lost to Jacksonville, 4-0, in it's second game of the Stetson Soccer Classic on Sunday afternoon. Freshman Andrew D'Ottavi made 10 saves in net for the Hawks.
The Dolphins got an early start when Casey Tafuri scored at the 8:14 mark. The Hawks would hold Jacksonville off until 44:15 when Dolphin's Kyle Johnson would score off a through ball, making it a half-time score of 2-0.
In the second half, Jacksonville scored off a long pass down the right side in the 71st minute. In the 80th minute Dolphin's David Santa Maria tapped on in off a breakaway to make a final score of 4-0.
Despite being outshot 29-3, D'Ottavi made 10 saves, giving him 55 on the season. D'Ottavi has a .724 save percentage in 585 minutes played.
D'Ottavi and senior defender Travis Gast were named to the Stetson Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team for their performances.
The Hawks host Delaware on Wednesday for a 7:00 p.m. match at Finnesey Field.
