The Saint Joseph's hawks enjoyed success in just their second meet of the year at Princeton's New Year's Invitational. Thomas Harrington and Kathryn Polaski each earned A-10 Rookie of the Week for their performances this weekend.

Harringington received the award for his third place finish in the mile at 4:32.08. He finished just two seconds behind senior Murphy O'Donnell who captured second place.

Polaski earned the honor for her fourth place finish in the long jump with a mark of 18-4.25.

Both teams will compete again next at the Delaware Invitational in Newark, Del. on January 6.
