ABOUT THE HAWKS
• Saint Joseph's snapped a two-game losing streak with an impressive win over Dayton, 81-65, on Wednesday night. Five players scored double figures for the Hawks, led by James Demery (19) and Taylor Funk (18).
James Demery is averaging 19.7 points since A-10 play started and has scored in double figures in all 17 games this year
• Freshman Taylor Funk leads the Atlantic 10 in three-point field goals made per game (3.1) and ranks 30th in the nation
• Saint Joseph's is 6-1 at home this year and in the midst of a four-game winning streak here
• Today is a Jesuit Basketball Spotlight game, which aims to raise awareness for Jesuit education
• A number of former Saint Joseph's players will be in attendance today and recognized throughout the course of the game

Pierfrancesco Oliva missed his first game of the season at UMass due to the flu but recovered to grab 15 rebounds in the win over Dayton
Nick Robinson missed the practices leading up to the Dayton game, but played 27 minutes and tied his season-high with 13 points

CLOSE CALLS
• The Hawks have been involved in a number of close games this year, as 11 of the 17 have been decided by less than 10 points
• More importantly, seven of SJU's nine losses are by a combined total of 28 points, an average margin of 4.0 points
