Shavar Newkirk was named the Big 5 Player of the Week after averaging 22.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 8.0 assists in two wins

Shavar Newkirk and Nick Robinson each posted double-doubles in the Duquesne win, marking the first time that happened this year
• For Newkirk, it was his first-ever in points and assists as he had two double-doubles in points and rebounds earlier this season
• Robinson earned the first of his career by posting personal bests of 16 points and 11 rebounds

• SJU's three-game winning streak is the longest of the year and longest since the beginning of last season; the last time the Hawks won four straight was at the end of the 2015-16 A-10 Championship season
• Four Hawks are averaging double figures during the streak - Shavar Newkirk (19.3 ppg), James Demery (16.7), Taylor Funk (12.0) and Chris Clover (10.3)
