LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Prepping for next Sunday's Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship, Jenny Sidarous and Dylan Zuch posted nearly identical finishes at Rowan's Border Battle hosted at Dream Park on Saturday.
Sidarous crossed 21st in a field of 150, completing the 6K course in 25:32.5.
Zuch set a new collegiate personal record, 28:25.7, for a second time this season to place 22nd in a field of 208.
William Hallinan also placed in the top-half of the field of the men's race with a time of 30:53.0
Sian Poteat-Romero was the third male to cross in 38:02.7, while Lucas Burkhardt (45:23.8) and Abdel Awad (53:38.0) both made their season debuts.
In the women's race, Ciaran Dubeck was the second Devil to cross, in 32:45.8, while Katie Benincasa made her season debut with a time of 33:42.2.
Sabrina Abbruzzese (33:55.9) and Sarah Herter (39:47.8) rounded out USciences' day.
The Devils now prepare for next Sunday's CACC Championship, which will be held at nearby Belmont Plateau.
