CHC (5-1 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC)) scored the first six points of the contest and would lead throughout, including 45-20 at the half.
Jordan Davidson led University of the Sciences with 15 points, the game's second-highest total, highlighted by making 5-of-6 free throws.
Omari Salvi neared a second straight double-double with 10 points and a team-best eight rebounds, while Zachary Foley was also in double-figures with 10.
University of the Sciences hosts two games in three days later this week, beginning with Thursday's 7:30 p.m. tip against Bloomfield.
