PHILADELPHIA – The Saint Joseph's men's track and field team competed at the Quaker Invitational meet on Saturday at the Ott Center.
 
TRACK EVENTS

• In the 500m, Tess Crossan set her second school record in as many weeks as she led the Hawks with a sixth-place finish in a personal-best time of 1:13.20, topping Dannah Hayward's 1:13.96 from 2013. Samantha Korck finished 14th with a personal-best 1:15.90. Olivia Beddow placed 17th with a personal-best 1:17.19, and Taylor Rosen finished 19th in 1:17.96.
• The 800m was led by Karin Dobiasch, who won the event with a meet-record and personal-best time of 2:08.12 that broke Crossan's school record set seven days earlier. Quinn O'Brien finished sixth with a season-best 2:14.20, while Sara Sherlock placed 12th in 2:25.14.
• The Hawks opened the meet in the 60m prelims with Mariam Koita leading the group, finishing 11th overall with a personal-best time of 7.65. Samantha Walz followed closely in 13th at 7.75, while Tamasen Allen Bey placed 14th with a time of 7.77. Olivia Binns clocked 7.80 to finish 19th, Kendall Cooper placed 24th at 7.85, Cecilia Abruzzo ran 8.04 for 35th, and Maya Adams rounded out the event in 39th at 8.12.
• In the 200m, Mariam Koita led the Hawks with a sixth-place finish and a personal-best time of 24.89. Kendall Cooper finished 11th in a personal-best 25.20. Samantha Walz placed 13th with a season-best 25.42, followed by Tamasen Allen Bey in 14th at 25.48. Olivia Binns finished 22nd with a season-best 25.81, while Maya Adams placed 29th with a season-best 26.25.
• Crystal Benito led the Hawks in the 400m, finishing 13th with a personal-best time of 59.09. Alessandra Schuster placed 16th with a season-best 1:00.25. Alyssa Bloxton finished 18th at 1:00.92, and Stephanie Cristinizio was 19th with a season-best 1:01.10.
• Majken Lutzen paced the Hawks in the 1000m with a fourth-place finish in 2:54.91. Chloe Care finished 11th in 3:00.79, followed by Ali Fink in 12th at 3:01.04. Carolyn Smith finished 15th with a personal-best time of 3:03.00.
• In the mile, Grace Rudder led the Hawks, finishing 18th with a personal-best 5:06.36. Sabrina Paz placed 22nd with a personal-best 5:08.59, and Katrina Endres finished 30th with a personal-best 5:16.73.
• Carlyn Segrave-Daly competed for the Hawks in the 3000m, finishing 20th in 11:18.34.
• The women's 4x400m relay closed the meet with three Hawks teams competing. The top squad of Tess Crossan, Samantha Korck, Majken Lutzen, and Karin Dobiasch placed third with a season-best time of 3:48.27. A second team of Taylor Rosen, Crystal Benito, Olivia Beddow, and Kendall Cooper finished 11th in 3:56.99, while Stephanie Cristinzio, Alessandra Schuster, Quinn O'Brien, and Alyssa Bloxton placed 14th in 4:03.41.

 
FIELD EVENTS

• In the long jump, Lily Ferguson led the Hawks with an eighth-place finish, recording a season-best mark of 5.42 meters.
