WASHINGTON – Saint Joseph's junior Karin Dobiasch has been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Track Performer of the Week, the league office announced on Wednesday morning.
 
Dobiasch smashed the school record in the outdoor 800m by more than two seconds on Saturday as she won the race at Princeton's Sam Howell Invitational in 2:06.27, the fastest time in the Atlantic 10 this season by nearly a second and a half.  That time also ranks 54th in Division I thus far.
 
The native of Munich, Germany, previously earned Performer of the Week honors during indoor season on January 20.
