PALO ALTO, CA (06/23/03) -- Freshman Andrew Thomas capped his rookie campaign this weekend in Palo Alto, California with a 11th place finish in the 400m at the USA Track and Field Junior Nationals. The Yardley, Pa. native finished the event with a time of 48.96. Texas' Ashton Collins won the event with a time of 45.64.
