Ben Koch and junior
Tim Fisher of the men's squad and seniors Mary Korfmacher and Bernadette Speer of the women's team, have been named to the 2002 Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference teams.
Koch, majoring in Interdisciplinary Health Services, owns a 3.47 cumulative grade point average. Athletically, he completed the indoor season with a fifth place finish in the mile at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships.
Fisher, an accounting major at SJU currently maintains a 3.81 cumulative grade point average. Fisher had a stellar indoor season finishing 2nd at the Rutgers Invitational in 800, winning the 3000 meter run at Rutgers and the 5000 meter race at the Fordham/St.John's Invite. Fisher also qualified for IC4A's at the Amory Invite in 3000 and won 5000 meter at the Atlantic 10 championships.
