NEW YORK, NY (2/27/04) - Junior Doug Rick reached IC4A qualifying standards in the 400m with a time of 48.64 to lead the SJU men's track team at the NYU Last Chance Meet. In addition to Rick, several other Hawk runners narrowly missed reaching IC4A standards, including Brad Schmidt, who ran 4:14.70 in the mile, Jerry Puryear, who went 1:05.22 in the 500, and Mike DiDio (1:54.82) in the 800m.
