PHILADELPHIA - Saint Joseph's senior long sprinter Doug Rick and junior long sprinter Andrew Thomas have been named Atlantic 10 Co-Performers of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.

Rick won the 500m in a time of 1:04.61 and ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x400m relay which posted an IC4A qualifying time of 3:18.41 at the Fordham 10-Way Invitational on Jan. 7. He qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 500m as he helped Saint Joseph's finished fourth in the 15-team field.

Thomas captured gold in the 400m dash in an IC4A qualifying time of 48.90 and was a member of the winning 4x400m relay which posted an IC4A qualifying time.

Saint Joseph's returns to action Saturday, January 15, at Penn State.
