BRONX, NY - The Saint Joseph's softball readied itself for the Hawks fifth straight appearance in the Atlantic 10 Championship with today's practice at Bahoshy Field on the campus of Fordham University.

Making their 10th appearance in program history, the Hawks secured the third seed in the four-team playoff. Saint Joseph's will face the second seeded Massachusetts Minutewomen at 2 p.m. on Thursday.

Top-seeded Fordham will face St. Bonaventure in the opener at noon, as the tournament features a double-elimination format. Games begin at noon on Friday, as the two winning squads from Thursday will meet.
