BRONX, NY -
For the second straight season, Saint Joseph's Lauren Hughes was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team.
Despite the Hawks falling 1-0 in 12 innings on Friday to St. Bonaventure, Hughes was stellar as Saint Joseph's starting pitcher. The Council Rock South alum scattered four hits over seven scoreless innings of work.
On the season, Hughes went 8-11 with 95 strikeouts.
Saint Joseph's finished the season 21-23 overall. Massachusetts, which downed the Hawks in the first-day of action at the A-10 Championship, won the conference title Saturday with a 7-0 victory over Fordham.
