CHARLOTTE, NC - The Saint Joseph's men's and women's track and field team competed at the 2006 Atlantic 10 Championships this weekend, with the Hawks capturing five events.

Andrew Thomas won the 400-meter dash in a time of 47.36, while Matt Petrocci won the 800-meters in a time of 1:51.57. In the 1,500-meters, Mike DiDio claimed gold in a time of 3:50.19, as Teddy Meyers captured the 5,000-meters in a time of 14:33.25. The 4x400 relay also took first in a time of 3:14.23.
