PRINCETON, N.J. - Saint Joseph's developmental squad ran at the Princeton Invitational Saturday afternoon. Chris Savino posted the best finish for the Hawks in the 3,000m run with a time of 9:24.32, good for third place. Savino was joined by Vince Collins (9:27.36) and Kevin Donnelly (9:42.82) in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Senior Matt Weaver ran in fourth place in a time of 52.88 for the 400m dash to round out the top-five finishes for SJU.
SJU ran two teams this weekend with the other going to Penn State's National Meet. The Hawks will travel to New Haven, Conn. next week for the Giegengack Invitational.
