Clearwater, Fla. - The Saint Joseph's softball team continued play at the Under Armour Tournament on Saturday, topping Toledo 9-5, but falling to Radford 9-0 in five innings.

In game one, the Hawks fell behind 2-1, but scored two runs in the fourth and three in both the fifth and the sixth to open up a 9-4 gap. Senior Brooke Darreff and sophomore Monica Aguilar both had home runs and two RBI, while junior Taylor Korpita and freshman Deanna Stinner collected two RBI apiece as well.

On the mound, Taryn Ashway earned the win, striking out four batters, while allowing just two runs over four innings.

In the nightcap, Radford jumped out to an early lead an never relented. Saint Joseph's freshman Rochelle Christman collected SJU's lone hit on the evening.

The Hawks (5-3) continue play at the USF fields Sunday against Florida Gulf Coast.
