Saint Joseph's women's basketball team returns home after a three-game road swing as it hosts Richmond Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hagan Arena. The game will be streamed live online on the Saint Joseph's Sports Network.

The Hawks ride a two-game win streak into Saturday's matchup and looks to even its Atlantic 10 record as it enters the game 4-5 in conference play and tied for eighth with La Salle.
Saint Joseph's holds a 7-4 series edge against Richmond and has won the previous three contests. The Hawks won last year's meeting, 67-66, on a last-second jumper by Brittany Ford.
The Hawks' defense is coming off a stellar showing against Fordham, limiting the Rams to just 28.1 percent from the floor. Saint Joseph's is holding opponents to 51 points per game over the last two games after giving up a season-high 79 points at Dayton.
Junior forward Kelly Cavallo is averaging 5.0 blocks per game over the past two contests and has moved into a tie for 10th place among SJU's single-season all-time leaders with 37 this year.
Freshman Erin Shields and junior Katie Kuester have accounted for 75 of Saint Joseph's 104 three pointers this year. The duo has been counted on more so in Atlantic 10 play as they have hit 29 of the team's 35 field goals from behind the arc.
Despite having two players currently average more than 10 points a game, the Hawks have had a balanced attach in Atlantic 10 play, with the top five scorers averaging between 8.8 points per game (Michelle Baker) and 7.7 points per game (Kelly Cavallo).
The Hawks have already matched their total amount of wins in the month of January (two). Saint Joseph's is currently 2-0 in February after going 2-5 in January.
