Career: Combined with classmates Dwayne Lee and Chet Stachitas to record 96 wins in four years, the second best total for a four-year class in school history... Team made postseason appearances all four years, with two in the NCAA Tournament.
2005-06: Was the co-recipient of the William J. Bennett Award for dedication and service to the program... Started 19 games in the latter half of the season... Hawks' best communicator on defense... Ranked second on the team in blocked shots with over one per game... Scored a season-high 13 points at Davidson while hitting a 3-pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime... Moved into the starting lineup in January after beginning the year as the sixth man... Had 12 points on 6-for-8 shooting vs. #8 George Washington... Played a career-high 33 minutes at Saint Louis and held their leading scorer to just one field goal... Grabbed a career-high nine rebounds at Temple... Had eight rebounds on three occasions...Scored all of the points in a critical 7-0 run that brought SJU back from a deficit to defeat Temple... Missed two games with a sprained ankle... Team tri-captain.
2004-05: Starter in 27 games, while playing in 29... Turned in a career-best performance in A-10 Quarterfinal win over Richmond. Had a "perfect" game, going 6-for-6 from the field, 2-for-2 from 3-point range and 3-for-3 from the foul line, en route to a career-high 17 points in 29 minutes... Scored nine points at La Salle... Grabbed a career-high six rebounds on three occasions... Moved into the starting lineup in the seventh game of the year (Bucknell) and started all but one (Hofstra) the rest of the way... Missed first six games after suffering a stress fracture in the third metatarsal of his right foot, the same injury he had the previous season... Received the team's George Senesky Memorial Academic Award.
2003-04: Played in 20 games... Dealt with injuries, missing the first seven games with a stress fracture in his right foot... Made first appearance of the year at California (Dec. 20) and played the next 16 games before suffering another foot injury at Fordham... Sat out three games with a partial tear of the achilles tendon (right foot)... Played a key role in the NCAA Second Round win over Texas Tech in front of hometown fans in Buffalo when the Hawks trailed by nine. He hit a 3-pointer to spark a 24-2 SJU run that allowed the Hawks to take the lead into halftime... Made only two starts on the year at Duquesne and vs. Fordham... Had four points, four rebounds and a season-high three blocks in 15 minutes at Duquesne... Grabbed a season-high five rebounds at St. Bonaventure.
2002-03: Played in all 30 games, starting 29... Missed just one start, against Canisius, due to concussion suffered in season opener at Boston College... Normally played first five minutes of each half before giving way to veteran John Bryant... Averaged 1.6 points and 1.9 rebounds per game... Posted season highs of six points and 16 minutes in win over Richmond... Hit 3-of-4 field goals against the Spiders while also grabbing three rebounds... Pulled down season-high five rebounds in win over Old Dominion.
High School/Personal: Averaged 21 points, 11 rebounds and 7.3 blocks per game as a senior at East Aurora, setting school records for points, rebounds, blocked shots as well as single-season field goal percentage...As a junior, led team to the New York State sectional championship, tallying 17 points and 12 rebounds per contest... Business administration major... Born December 10, 1983.
