Jaime Dacey Profile


A 2005 graduate of Shippensburg University, Jaime Dacey enters her first year as a Division I assistant coach. A four-year standout at Shippensburg, she led her team to two NCAA Division II National Championships and three Regional Tournaments. Dacey finished her collegiate career the program's leader in career batting average (.420), triples (23), RBIs (156) and is tied for first in career stolen bases (49). A multiple First Team All-PSAC and First Team All-Region, she additionally ranked first among Shippensburg's single-season leaders in hits (78), triples (11), RBIs (58), and slugging percentage (.852). As a senior, Dacey was named PSAC Player of the Year after posting the highest batting average in Division II (.549 average) and earned First Team All-American honors.

Dacey also excelled off the diamond, earning Verizon Academic All-District 1st Team, PSAC and NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete accolades. She also earned ASA Women's Majors Fastpitch All-American in both 2004 and 2005 after helping StormUSA to a second and third place finish in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Dacey also is a current member of the Philadelphia Force of the National Pro Fastpitch League.
