Fresh off four wins in six games in Florida, the Saint Joseph's baseball team returns to Hawk Hill to open its home slate on Friday afternoon as part of the Big 5 Baseball Bash.

The schedule for the weekend has been altered due to field conditions and expected low temperatures.  The updated schedule is below; all game times are subject to change.

THE FIELD

SAINT JOSEPH'S (6-7)
Leading Hitters: Charlie Concannon (.347 average), Brendan Hueth (eight runs batted in), Dominic Cuoci (two home runs, seven RBI)
Leading Pichers: Tim Brennan (2-1 record, 23-to-2 K-to-BB ratio), Justin Aungst (3.06 earned run average in three starts), Steve Powles (two saves in three appearances)
Last Time Out: The Hawks earned a pair of wins over Notre Dame this week to close out the Snowbird Classic.  On Tuesday, SJU never trailed, but after a three-run eighth tied it for the Fighting Irish, two runs in the ninth gave SJU a 10-8 win.  On Wednesday, Notre Dame took an early lead and pushed it to 4-0 heading into the bottom of the ninth, but a six-run inning, capped off by a game-tying double from Concannon and a two-run home run by Cuoci, sent the Hawks home with a 6-4 victory.
Next Up: The Hawks host Villanova on Tuesday and visit Bucknell on Wednesday before opening conference play at home against Saint Louis on Friday.

WAGNER (7-8)

SACRED HEART (3-8)
