PRINCETON, N.J. – Senior
Joey Angelina (2:36.20) and junior
Dan Mink (2:36.24) finished first and second in the 1000m on Sunday afternoon at the Princeton Invitational, held at Princeton's Jadwin Gymnasium.
Freshman
Christian Nuelle (2:37.74) and junior
Brendan Price (2:38.47) finished third and fourth in the 1000m.
Additional top individual performances included senior
David Bryant's fifth-place finish in a field of 19 for 200m (22:85) and junior
Phillip Dwyer's 1.80m (5' 10 3/4") for fifth in the high jump.
Sophomore
Matt D'Auria finished the mile in 4:35.02, good for sixth in a field of 33.
The Hawks will head to the 2020 Atlantic 10 Indoor Track and Field Championships next weekend, set for Saturday, February 29 through Sunday, March 1 at Rhode Island's Mackal Fieldhouse in Kingston, R.I.
Following A-10s will be the 2020 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships, slated for Friday, March 6 through Sunday, March 8 at Boston University's Track and Tennis Center in Boston, Mass.
