Outdoor 2013: Competed in the 1500m and 3000m steeplechase... Ranked third on team in 3000S... Posted 3000S PR (9:24.49) at the Colonial Relays (4/4)... Turned in season-best 1500m (4:08.24) at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational (3/30)... Member of SJU Athletic Director's Honor Roll for Spring 2013.

Indoor Track 2012-13: Posted mile PR (4:32.40) at Lafayette/Rider (2/8)... Ran 1000m PR (2:30.63) for a sixth-place finish at Giegengack (2/2)... Ran second leg of 4x800m relay team that won the event (8:18.30) at the Delaware Thomson Invitational (1/26)... Also placed third in 1000m (2:35.57) at Thomson... Took just over 10 seconds off of previous personal best in the 1000m run by recording a time of 2:33.29, good for 11th place, at the NYC Gotham Cup (1/11)...
